Responds to external & internal audit requests
Participates in annual physical inventory count
Collects data for reporting profit center results
Complies information for budget planning
Responsible for assisting in the preparation of account reconciliations as assigned
Supports finance team by preparing ad hoc accounting reports in Excel and Power Point.
Assist in preparing monthly invoices and processing payments for accounts payable and accounts receivable teams, respectively
Provides administrative support including filing, copying, preparing correspondence, resolving administrative problems & inquiries

Sie bieten uns:
Economic student with major in Finance and Accounting or Economics degree.
Fluent in English, knowledge of German or Spanish is an asset
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills; with ability to work independently
Will need to have a thorough working knowledge of computers, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), Lotus Notes and Internet (Email and Web).
