CV extract: After his engineering training in mechanical and electrical-technology Frank Haepe held the position of technical designer, chief designer and technical manager in the ceramic and glass industry.

Founded amav GmbH in 1981, his own company, sells worldwide machinery and know how  to the glass industry having developed own patents in different fields of liquid glass production.

amav GmbH was sold in 1999 to Lynch Systems Inc. in Bainbridge, GA, USA.
Mr. Frank Haepe held the position of  Director for Resarch & Development on an advisor basis for Lynch Systems Inc. up to 2006.
