The GlassApp application, developed by French start-up GlassFree International, is designed for flat glass processing. It enables processors, distributors and planners to accurately calculate glass requirements for projects via a smartphone or tablet, while estimating costs. Its main functionality is the optimisation of glass cuts, quickly generating cutting plans adapted to different glass sizes (DLF/PLF) and reducing off-cuts. Users can enter the required dimensions to obtain immediate glass requirements, whether in the office, on site or at the customer's premises, and export cutting plans and quotations in PDF format.
