systron develops and builds high-tech, user-friendly CNC glass processing machines for seaming, grinding, polishing, drilling and cutting flat glass. Moreover individual solutions tailored for ALL-IN-ONE GLASSPROCESSING are designed. Special developed systronTOOLS enable higher feed rates and top polishing quality.

Automation solutions with portal, L-racks, harp racks, in-line storage or robot loading achieve an increase in production of 20-40% while at the same time increase quality by minimizing handling. An example: systron customers working in a 2-shift operation can run the third shift without an operator. They reach a top capacity utilization and gain a sustainable competitive advantage.

Due to the patented water cushion and the solid, vibration-free machine design, low-wear processing tools – especially tailored to the SYSTEMsystron – can be used. These systronTOOLS were developed in order to exploit the full performance potential of the systron processing machines. Both the diamond tools and the polishing tools enable enormously high feed rates and thus significantly increase the efficiency of our glass processing systems.
