Knut Alt, Dipl.-Ing.
Dipl.-Ing. Knut Alt is a graduate engineer in the field of
mechanical engineering / design from the Düsseldorf University
of Applied Sciences.
Knut joined the glassglobal Group in 2009, initially to
specialize in the production and sale of solar glass to PV
module makers. In addition, he supported the R&D department,
which he now heads as R&D Director.
In his more than 30-year career as an engineer, Knut has
primarily worked in R&D, international sales, and project
management. His department is responsible for creating market
studies, feasibility studies, and the calculation of bankable
business plans.

Hans Mahrenholtz, Dipl.-Ing. of the Technical University of
Clausthal, Germany for Ceramics (including Glass) and Energy
Process Engineering.
Hans started his glass business career in 1989 and now
generally works as a Senior Consultant for the Glass Service
Group, Czech Republic, with activities in Sales, Marketing,
Product Development, but mainly Consulting (including Surveys,
Audits, Due Diligences and Data Analyses).
Hans joins the competence team as expert for dedicated
projects.
