1" MST Through Horizontal Flat Glass Tempering Furnace

Characteristics: When manufactures temper glass we heat up the normal glass to melting point then drop down the temperature with cold pressure air in a very short time to create physical stress. This physical stress has made glass to become more impact resistance: 4-5 times more bending-resistant, tenacity is 3-4 times than ordinary glass and ordinary glass and impact resistance is 3-4 times more than ordinary glass. When tempered glass breaks, it has become many honeycomb-like particles with obtuse angles that are much less dangerous than ordinary glass, which has large, sharp and uneven broken piece of glass.
Application: The flat tempered glass is widely use as architecture safety glass, the furniture glass, the solar panel glass, and observation window for industrial furnace or when there is safety concerned when use glass. Tempered glass can be used to make isolation glass and laminating glass to apply for different purpose.
