The Production line is one of the largest flat toughening plants in Mumbai producing 2440 x 5000 Flat Tempering machine. The Horizontal oscillating roller – hearth toughening plant is a state of the art, fully automatic computer desk controlled, PLC assisted work station with solid state control parameters to produce certified, quality toughened glass.
The plant is equipped with several features that ensure that the quality of toughened glass conforms to and even exceeds the strictest international standards. These features are result of an intensive research into the factors that affect each quality dimension and they have subsequently been incorporated in the production line.
The Plant is fully automatic and optimized to produce lift – free, optical-distortion free and certified heat-tempered glass.
