Presently, the Ciech Chemical Group is the largest chemical company in Poland. In Europe it is the second manufacturer of soda ash in terms of the company size. The Ciech Chemical Group integrates over 30 companies, the basis of which is eight manufacturing companies. With an annual income worth approx. PLN 3.5 billion, the Ciech Chemical Group is acknowledged to be included in the hundred top enterprises in Poland.

For over 60 years Ciech has been an important figure in the economic landscape of Poland while its potential as a leading exporter of chemicals has always been significant in Europe. By the end of the previous century Ciech had created a strong manufacturing capital group.
