Hollow rollers for glass tempering
Rollers are used to transport glass sheets in tempering ovens at temperatures of up to 800°C (1475°F); Our rollers can be used in oscillating and continuous glass tempering furnaces for automotive and building industries.

Our hollow fused Silica rollers bring some recognized advantages. They are very light compared to solid rollers, they don´t generate any particle detachment during operation, no SO2 is required in the furnaces. The rollers can be equipped with end cups and with Quartzel Sleeves .

Contact materials with the glass
Quartzel sleeves made from Quartzel Yarns are used to improves surface quality of the Glass and meet the toughest glass surface requirements. Quartz is also a material of choice for the repair of furnaces, because it is very compatible with glass composition and does not create any defect.

Micaver is an excellent material for contact with the glass, complex shapes with metal inserts can be used for glass transportation or contact functions, either in containers or flat glass industries.

Fused Silica Bricks
Fused Silica Bricks are used as a refractory for the lining of glass furnaces.
