1. Ritz Carlton NoMad NYC. Rafael Viñoly
The luxurious Ritz-Carlton Manhattan NoMad will open this autumn with 250 rooms, haute cuisine, a club lounge, a spa, a gym and a rooftop bar. Chef José Andrés will open two restaurants to add a touch of Spanish flavour to a project that brings Tvitec's glazed sustainability to a surface of more than 4,000 metres, with Guardian SuperNeutral coated glass double glazing and fitted with securit.

2. Virgin Hotel New York. Stantec Architecture 
Almost right next door to the Ritz-Carlton is NoMad, which will be the Virgin chain's new flagship hotel and will open later this year. It will have 463 rooms, a rooftop pool, and retail space below. In the bold design of this new tower, Tvitec has contributed more than 11,000 metres of insulating and eco-efficient glass to ensure comfort and energy savings. Many units differ in composition and appearance and also feature digital screen printing.   

3. Four Seasons Madrid. Estudio Lamela
The newest and most sumptuous in Madrid. Set within the Centro Canalejas shopping gallery, the Four Seasons offers the most exclusive and expensive suites in the Spanish capital. Tvitec deployed all its technological capacity to offer the various speciality glazing solutions installed by the Ferga and Proinller façade companies. 4. Hotel Six Senses Ibiza. GCA Architects
The Six Senses group will open its first resort in Spain on 10 July in Cala Xarraca. It will be the first BREEAM-certified sustainable resort and residential development in the Balearic Islands. Tvitec manufactured more than 4,500 metres of clear insulating glass with acoustic protection laminates for Constructora San José. 116 beachfront accommodation units and a series of Village Residences with private terraces, gardens and swimming pools. It will be home to the first restaurant of Israeli chef Eyal Shani, who has enjoyed success with Miznon in Paris and New York.

5. Four Seasons George V. París. CALQ Agence
The newly renovated building has further enhanced its positioning as one of the French capital's most luxurious hotels. Tvitec supplied Groven with almost 2,000 metres of high-performance glass. Essentially double glazing with solar control coatings and laminated units with acoustic butyral layering to combine thermal insulation, security and noise protection.
