Sparklike is proud to announce that Q4Glass in Poland is our newest cooperation. A leading insulating glass manufacturer Q4Glass in Poland has chosen the fully automatic insulating gas measurement station Sparklike Laser IntegratedTM to ensure comprehensive quality control on their IGU production. This Sparklike innovation allows IGU manufacturing to rise to a new level in automatization and quality control cost savings. And additionally in boosting the quality brand.
Sparklike Laser Integrated™ is based on the company’s well-known Sparklike Laser Technology – the only non-destructive insulating gas measurement solution in the world, capable of measuring triple units both cavities separately, and through laminated glass and coatings.
The Managing Director Piotr Hajdamowicz commented that they are looking forward to the future and to see the new technology of Sparklike to support them well to achieve their goals. Q4Glass’s aim is to deliver the highest quality glass, take part in ambitious projects, and search for innovative solutions to manufacture glass panels according to the most challenging specifications. For a young company, established in 2010, they have achieved numerous successes over the last years and have accomplished many complicated and impressive projects. No project is too complex for them to undertake, no matter whether it involves large sizes, huge formats, or curvature. This also requires the best equipment to manufacture glass panes.
The Sparklike Laser IntegratedTM system was chosen according to Hajdamowicz as ”it is also vital that we can control and optimize the gas filling process. In this way, we can convince our customers on how we ensure the high quality and energy-efficiency of our IGUs”
The Laser IntegratedTM will be installed in Q4Glass´ new Glaston JUMBO IG line in cooperation with Glaston Germany during this spring 2022.
Sparklike also appreciates the local distributor Polver’s help in Kraków for all the support they have given during the process of contacting and negotiating with Q4Glass about this project.
