THE NUMBER OF PUJOL 100 LINES IS EXPANDED IN SPAIN THANKS TO A NEW SALE TO LUINGLASS (GRUPO CRISDUR)
 
The Valencian company LUNIGLASS SL, a company belonging to the consolidated and world reference in the manufacture of transformed glass, GRUPO CRISDUR, in its commitment to bet for the quality of the finished product, as well as in the production processes, has recently closed a purchase agreement for a PUJOL-100 PVB + line measuring 50x28.
 
The PUJOL-100 PVB + system has been developed and designed to help the client to work basically with layers of all types of interlayer (PVB, EVA, AB-AR, SGP ...) without the need to install a heated room and have additional fixed costs of operation, expensive calendering processes and inefficient air conditioning accessories for humidity and temperature control. When using EVA film, it works as a high-uniform convection oven for glass lamination according to the PUJOL-EVALAM FAST CURING System, all integrated in the assembly line for glass production. This allows reducing the cost of manufacturing and increasing the quality of the laminate.
 
With this new acquisition LUNIGLASS S.L, relies on PUJOL, as the manufacturer with the most efficient, most reliable and technologically advanced solutions in the market for laminated glass processing.
 
The agreement was concluded between Mr. Gustavo Ferrandis, manager of LUNIGLASS S.L and the commercial director of PUJOL, Joaquin Pujol, at the LUNIGLASS, SL facilities. de Aldaya (Valencia): the installation is scheduled for July 2,019.
