Contardi’s activities are currently distributed over two divisions:

The Industry Division, including glass and/or metal components for the mechanic and chemical industry, mainly sight glasses or process windows, luminaries and valves. All our glass components are supplied toughened and suitable for use in pressurized devices in accordance with DIN 7080, 7081, 8902 standards or I.S.P.E.S.L. M 15 C regulations. On 27.01.2003 Contardi’s management system was certified in accordance with module H of Directive 97/23/EEC (Italy’s TUV PED certification 0948-QSH-263-06) in the field of “Glass windows for pressure equipment made from borosilicate and sodalime glass”

The Lighting Division, which produces special glass lighting components, especially with the innovative possibility of blown and pressed Borosilicate 3.3. glass.
